Many Caterers & Banquet Facilities require that you use their Beverage Service & Staff when
you book your event. That can be quite expensive! In some cases, that cost approaches
what your food cost may be for your entire event! While our beverage service rates are very competetive, in an effort to provide our clients with a way to help keep event costs to a minimum, We do not require you to utilize our beverage service when planning your event with Gary's, you may supply your own beverages!
If you will be arranging your own beverages, it would be our pleasure to assist you in your planning by offering our expertise regarding:
• Popular Liquor Selections • Mixers & Drink Garnishes
• Amount recommended for your event size & type of beverages served
• Beverage Serving Equipment (We can supply 20lb Bag Ice $4.50ea)
NOTICE: Bar Service Closes 30 minutes prior to event's ending time unless previously arranged. Anyone wishing to consume alcoholic beverages should be prepared to provide a valid ID for proof of age. We will not serve underage or intoxicated guests.
